Convenient Location 📍

The location here is amazing, right at the heart of everything. It's a short walk to awesome local restaurants and cool historical sights. You can easily find all the shops, sites, and Plaza Mayor nearby.

All in all everything was amazing, had an amazing stay during holidays. The location was great and incredible, you can visit a large urban plaza by walking. The hotel was in a good area, really close to the most amazing restaurants as well as the Gran Via near the Museums. It had plenty of meals for breakfast, including pastries and cereal.

Its service was exceptional.

It had not so comfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The fantastic and lovely breakfast with pastries and cereal was a real highlight. the location was great and fab, just a 5-minute walk from a vast pedestrianized public square. - the staff was really good.

The restaurant was closed in the evening after 18.00 o'clock.

We had a big room with a beautiful balcony with a view over the Gran Via. The staff is super friendly! We liked it very much!

The rooms are brand-new and spacious, featuring an outdoor jacuzzi with a view of the Madrid rooftops. The queen size bed is comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, with delicious churros and a wide variety of options. The hotel staff is energetic and friendly.

Centrally located. Many possibilities for shopping and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Nice roof terrace with bar.

This place is super clean and the breakfast is amazing with fresh fruit and pastries, plus the location is fantastic.

We were on our Honeymoon, and our Hotel room at De Las Letras was by far the best room and bathroom we had stayed in. Both the bedroom and bathroom very very large with ample circulation space. The staff were all really helpful and spoke English. The bar, restaurant and breakfast were all really good. We loved the rooftop bar. Would definately stay there again, and recommend to others.

Our only disapointment was that the spa was under renovation, which was fine.

The location was excellent. The room was small but well designed. Bathroom was modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable, even for two twins pushed together.

No full-length mirror. Not in the room or the hallway. Very bizarre and annoying. lighting wasnt very good, including in the bathroom. The windows were not close to soundproof, and the morning noise from the street was pretty intense. Gym/spa will probably never be completed.

The breakfast deal was awesome and freshly cooked with ham, churros, and local dishes. Got the same twin room with a view onto the Gran Via booked online, appreciated that.- Absolutely incredible location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

Excellent location - very close to Gran Via Metro and bang in the middle of shops. Very hepful and friendly staff; lovely breakfast with an especially great choice of fruit and pastries. Roof top terrace was well worth a visit but drinks quite pricey!

Only negative comment would be that it was very noisy with constant traffic outside - but couldn't really expect anything else staying on the Gran Via!

Hotel room very dark - a hint on the platform would be good
